Springfield—April 9, 2024—The Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS announced their continued partnership with Visit Springfield today that allows free access to all four rounds of competitive play during this year’s Korn Ferry Tour competition. The tournament is scheduled for June 27 – June 30 at Panther Creek Country Club.

Local not-for-profit organizations have a new opportunity to raise money for their group by volunteering at the Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS, through the tournament’s new Charity Chip In program.

Volunteer registration is now open for the Memorial Health Championship, a PGA TOUR sanctioned golf tournament at Panther Creek Country Club. Tournament officials announced that COUNTRY® Financial will continue to serve as the Official Sponsor of the volunteer program.

The PGA TOUR announced the 2024 Korn Ferry Tour schedule, which features 26 tournaments across six countries and 17 states, beginning in January and culminating in October at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance, where PGA TOUR cards will be awarded to the top 30 finishers on the Korn Ferry Tour Points List.

The exemption comes via a partnership with the Elite Amateur Golf Series and Lewis’ finish in the series.

Erickson, a Springfield native, said he is thrilled to play on his home course, Panther Creek Country Club.

Memorial Health’s five hospital foundations will receive approximately $85,000 from the proceeds of the 2022 Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS, tournament officials and sponsors announced Thursday.
