Courtney Cosby 

Courtney Cosby is the COO of Springfield-based E.L. Pruitt Co. She began as a construction engineer and has served as COO since 2018. 

Courtney utilizes her extensive background in construction technology and virtual design to enhance project outcomes for commercial and industrial clients.

Courtney grew up in Girard and then relocated to Coral Gables, Florida, to attend college at the University of Miami where she earned an architectural engineering degree from the School of Engineering. She lived there for a decade before returning to central Illinois.

She and her husband Jason live in Sherman with daughter Jillie. She also serves on the Lincoln Land Community College Foundation board.

 

Rick Thoroman

Rick Thoroman serves as the General Manager at Smoky Jennings Chevrolet, a reputable dealership located in Palmyra, Illinois. With an extensive career spanning over 29 years, Rick has dedicated more than two decades to the automotive industry. 

Rick holds an associate's degree from John Wood Community College and is an alumnus of Beardstown High School. ​

On the personal front, Rick has been married to his wife, Mindy, for 23 years. Together, they have three children: Grant (22), Olivia (20), and Colin (13).

Dalton Minder is the Founder and Owner of Minder Media, a Springfield-based digital marketing and creative media agency specializing in website design, local SEO, social media strategy, digital ads, and visual content creation. Through Minder Media, Dalton helps local businesses strengthen their online presence, generate leads, and grown with modern, results-driven marketing systems.

Dalton works closely with organizations across central Illinois, supporting businesses in industries ranging from construction and home services to nonprofits and professional services. His work focuses on helping local companies compete effectively in an increasingly digital world while maintaining strong community roots.

A central Illinois native, Dalton is passionate about supporting local businesses and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the region’s economic and community development. He is proud to serve on the Memorial Health Championship committee and support an event that brings national attention and meaningful impact to the Springfield community.
