VOLUNTEER PACKAGE INFORMATION
2024 COUNTRY Financial VOLUNTEER UNIFORM PACKAGE: $50
- Official Adidas Volunteer Polo
- Official Adidas Tournament Hat or Visor
- Volunteer Credential - Provides weekly access to the tournament grounds.
- Provided breakfast, lunch and snacks on days volunteered.
- NEW IN 2024! - Option to purchase additional Adidas tournament merchandise.
- Invitation to play in the volunteer outing at PCCC, July 29, 2024.
- Must volunteer 3 or more shifts to be invited.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO VOLUNTEER
- 13 years of age or older (with limited committee selections)
- Available to volunteer for (recommended but not mandatory) three shifts between Monday 6/24 - Sunday 6/30.
- Typical shifts include morning, mid-day, and afternoon times.
- Flexible in volunteer assignment.
- Ability to walk 18 holes or stand for extended periods of time.
- Golf knowledge is helpful, but not required.

Access Control
Shifts: Monday - Sunday - A Shift: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM, B Shift: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, C Shift: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

The Access Control Committee will assist with checking credentials at key locations around the clubhouse. Posts include outside player dining, pro-shop, front entrance to clubhouse and the circle drive of Panther Creek Country Club. Those with good "customer service" skills will make good committee members.

Admissions
Shifts: Thursday - Friday - A Shift: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM, B Shift: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM I Saturday - Sunday - A Shift: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, B Shift: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Volunteering at the tournament main entry, admissions personnel will sell tournament items and apparel along with issuing daily tickets, managing Will Call and scan tickets/credentials at admissions gates.
