VOLUNTEER PACKET PICK-UP
Packet pickup times & dates will be announced in the spring and posted on this page, as well as, emailed to you.
VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION
Based on feedback from volunteers, we will return to having optional training sessions for various volunteer committees. Once scheduled, we will post the times & dates here, as well as, email them to specific committees.
VOLUNTEER ATTENDANCE
Volunteers that are scheduled and performing their volunteer tasks will be permitted to be onsite with their volunteer badge. Volunteers are permitted to be on the tournament grounds before or after their shifts. Even if not on shift, please have your volunteer credential displayed.
PARKING
Parking is free to all volunteers. Volunteer parking locations and maps will be available here, in the volunteer handbook and emailed to each volunteer.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
Air-conditioned coach buses will be provided as transportation from Landmark Ford to the admissions gate at Panther Creek Country Club. A schedule will be published here once finalized.
OFFICIAL UNIFORM
All volunteers on-site for shifts must wear the official Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS Volunteer Polo. For men, pants or shorts in khaki, grey, white, black or navy are permitted. For ladies, pants, shorts or skorts in khaki, grey, white, black or navy are permitted.
Due to indoor regulations at Panther Creek Country Club, footwear with spikes are NOT permitted! Rain gear and layering are the responsibility of each volunteer.
VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN
Volunteers should check-in at the COUNTRY Financial Volunteer Headquarters located in the lower level of the clubhouse.
Plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes in advance of your scheduled time so that you are in position for the start of your shift.
VOLUNTEER MEALS
All volunteer meals will be served in the COUNTRY Financial Volunteer Headquarters located in the lower level of the clubhouse. Meals will be provided free of charge to each volunteer who has been scheduled a shift.
