Apparel pickup will be during the below dates and times bolded in red at the tournament office: 2651 Farragut Dr., Springfield. When you arrive in the parking lot, call Tanya Cooper at (217) 415-4536. Someone will bring the items to your car. Please do not enter the building. If you cannot make it for one of the designated times, please contact Tanya Cooper to make other arrangements.

NO orientation meetings will be held this year. Walking scorers and marshals will be emailed a YouTube video regarding instructions for their assignment. All questions about the video may be directed to your committee chair. All other volunteers should contact their committee chair or Tanya Cooper if they have questions pertaining to their assignments.


Volunteers that are working and performing their volunteer tasks will be permitted to be onsite with their volunteer badge.
If a volunteer would like to arrive early or stay after their shift to watch golf or come on a day, they are not assigned to work, they may.

Volunteer credential must always be displayed.


Volunteer parking will be done on-street within the Panther Creek Subdivision Monday, July 11 thru Wednesday, July 13 ONLY.
While parking in the Panther Creek subdivision,
DO NOT block fire hydrants, driveways or mailboxes or your vehicle may be towed.

All volunteer parking Thursday, July 14 thru Sunday, July 17 will be at Landmark Ford located at 2401 Prairie Crossing Drive, Springfield.
Parking is free to all volunteers.


Air-conditioned coach buses will be provided to and from the tournament on Thursday, July 14 thru Sunday, July 17.
Shuttles will run 6:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. Thursday, July 14 thru Saturday, July 16 and 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 17.


Men must wear the official Memorial Health Championship Polo Shirt or Tee Shirt with khaki slacks or shorts.
Women must wear the official Memorial Health Championship Polo Shirt or Tee Shirt with khaki slacks, capris, or shorts.

Footwear with spikes is NOT permitted! Rain gear and appropriate skin protection is the responsibility of each volunteer.


Volunteers should check-in at the COUNTRY Financial Volunteer Headquarters located in the lower level of the clubhouse.
Plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes in advance of your scheduled time so that you are in position for the start of your shift.


All volunteer meals will be served in the COUNTRY Financial Volunteer Headquarters located in the lower level of the clubhouse.
Continental breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks will be served .
Menus will be provided as we get closer to the event so you can plan accordingly.


Below is a complete summary of the Tour's Mobile Device Policy. We ask all volunteers and spectators to abide by this policy to protect play and ensure the best experience possible.

Mobile devices must be on silent at all times.
Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.
Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.


Mobile Memorial will be on site throughout tournament week. They will be located in a tent near the permanent scoreboard structure.
Any individual who is injured or becomes ill should be seen. If a person is incapacitated, radio for a mobile unit.

Every year many people suffer from heat related conditions. Please make sure to drink plenty of cool fluids (non-alcoholic) before and during your time at the tournament.


Weather conditions can change rapidly. For your safety, please adhere to the following:
If inclement weather is approaching, a "Weather Warning" notification will be posted on all electronic scoreboards on the course. When this message appears, volunteers are advised to take immediate precaution and seek shelter. If the weather siren sounds indicating lightning, please lay down your umbrella and seek shelter immediately.
During hazardous weather, avoid shelter of bleachers, high places, open fields, bodies of water, metal or wire fences, tall and isolated trees, telephone poles and golf carts.
Buses will be dispatched to specific places throughout the course to shuttle individuals back to the Volunteer Headquarters. Shelter will be available in the lower level of the clubhouse for volunteers.
If it rains on any day of the tournament, play will continue as long as it is deemed safe to do so. The Korn Ferry Tour and Memorial Health Championship staff will keep volunteers informed at the earliest possible moment of any changes. Please check social media outlets and your email for updates.


All volunteers are invited to attend the volunteer appreciation party at the Korn Ferry Tour's truck, known as "The Truck" located in the clubhouse parking lot.
The party will take place Saturday, July 16 after the last ball drops. Estimated time is 5:00 P.M.
Brats, hamburgers and drinks will be provided.


Tournament week is Monday, July 11 - Sunday, July 17.
