Access Control

The Access Control Committee will assist with checking credentials at key locations around the clubhouse. Posts include outside player dining, pro-shop and the circle drive of Panther Creek Country Club. Those with good "customer service" skills will make good committee members.

Hospitality volunteers will be acting as "hosts" for our private hospitality client. Posted in and around the tournament's private hospitality tents, duties will include checking credentials, wristbanding, monitoring cleanliness and communicating with volunteer operations and tournament staff.

Be our eyes and ears inside the ropes! Ensure players are not disturbed during play, spot balls, assist with starting tents when necessary and enforce crowd control and golf etiquette among spectators.

Practice Areas

This committee manages the daily operation of the driving range and all other practice areas at Panther Creek Country Club. Duties include sorting range balls and placing appropriate nameplate to identify each player.

Assist with Pro-Am operations on Monday June 26 or Wednesday June 28 (or both!). Pro-Am operations include assisting participants with golf clubs and equipment, assisting with the ALL NEW Adidas Concept shop, and assisting Panther Creek Country Club staff with golf cart management. Product Distribution

Standard Bearers

Members of this committee will walk 18 holes and work alongside the walking scorer in delivering accurate scores to all spectators.

Volunteer Hospitality

Members of this committee will aid in check-in at the COUNTRY Financial Volunteer Headquarters (VHQ) and helping maintain a hospitable and welcoming environment for our volunteers in VHQ.

Walking Scorers

This committee will record accurate hole-by-hole information for each player in their group then transmit this information to Scoring Central via handheld devices. (Must have thorough knowledge of golf, be comfortable working with smartphones or handheld devices, and be able to walk 18 holes of golf regardless of the weather).
